Now, we are looking for a talented website developer to join our team and contribute to our clients’ victories.

We are hiring a Website Developer to join our DC-based team and help to lead the website marketing strategy for our clients. You will work with the operations team to maintain our digital platforms and build and maintain client websites.

‍

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and development of new website projects
• Manage and maintain websites for TSG clients 
• Make daily updates and changes to existing websites 
• Make simple creative updates in Figma
• Communicate asset, proofing, and approval deadlines to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience
• You are self-sufficient, embrace challenges, and can remain composed, assured, and effective under pressure
• You can demonstrate strategic thinking and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Experience with vendor and internal partner management is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience in the political field is a plus

Experience with the following tools is required:

• Webflow
• Wordpress (some coding knowledge preferred)
• Cloudflare
• GoDaddy
• Figma
